Welcome

Our purpose at Camden Music Trust is to enable participation in music activities by children and young people resident in or educated within the London Borough of Camden, and in particular assist those who face hardship. We support young people’s music making for the benefits this brings in itself and in their personal and wider educational development, such as resilience, team-building and self-discipline.

Music making groups

Making music with other people is what it’s all about. We help by providing additional funding for groups for young people on Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons in term time and on weekends during the holidays. The range of more than 35 ensembles, instrumental and choral, offers something for everyone.

Instrument loan

Having instruments available to lend means that no child needs to miss the opportunity to develop musical skills for lack of financial resources.
